La European Pain Federation (EFIC) è una organizzazione multidisciplinare nata nel 1993, come federazione dei capitoli europei della IASP (International Associaton for the Study of Pain). Rappresenta le associazioni per lo studio del dolore di 37 Paesi europei e quasi 20.000 medici, ricercatori di base, infermieri, fisioterapisti, psicologi e altri professionisti, coinvolti nella cura e nella ricerca sul dolore.
